CMS-1500 - Traditional CMS-1500 version 08/05 paper forms can also be printed when electronic means are not available or practical.  The CMS-1500 form has been updated to be fully compliant with the National Uniform Claim Committee (NUCC) version 2.0 1/07 instruction manual including use of the mandatory NPI.  The CMS-1500 form is also fully editable on-screen and may be saved with the claim.

Batch Number Tracking - The batch number allows submitted claims to be matched later with payment information.
