Patient Demographics & More - Patient Records include patient demographics, preferred doctor, insurance and employment information, contacts made, parent and emergency phone numbers, appointments, and references to related encounters.

Physician Notes - Each encounter can have a summary physician note and an unlimited number of supplementary EMR notes (or stored documents).

AutoText Libraries -  Key-words or key phrases are recognized while typing a chart note and then inserted automatically to speed the note creation.   Customized libraries for a multitude of specialties can be shared among team members or clinic groups.

Stored Documents - Store electronic records in their native format (such as labs, images, and Word documents) with the in the FileCabinet (located on the server) and related to the patient EMR note.  Records are locked after approval by the clinician and instantly accessible throughout the clinic.

Referral Tracking - Generate outgoing referrals.

Prescriptions - Prescriptions can be written using drug formularies from either Carrier supplied lists or office preferred lists.  Prescriptions written are saved with the case for a record of current and historical patient medications.
