Silver Member Support ($750/year) - This support plan is included for the first year on all new Med-Center orders.  Thereafter, the optional yearly fee applies.  Support includes:

Custom Services  - All custom service requests are discussed in detail with the customer prior to work start.  We prefer to understand the full extent of the work request before committing to the task.  In return, we will provide a good faith estimate of the cost involved with the requested activity.
