when any patient financial transaction is made.
Chart of Accounts - Define multiple accounts for a variety of account types. Revenue, expense, asset, liability, bank, equity, etc. Set up accounts for individual physicians to track their respective revenue streams.
Seamless Integration - Patient charges and payments are automatically posted to accounts receivable. Revenue is credited to the physician or department.
Financial Reports - Accounting reports include Trial Balance, General Ledger, Balance Sheet, and Profit & Loss statements.
Close Date Transaction Control - Have flexibility to correct transaction errors during the day. Set the close date after the days transactions are checked. Start the next day with the security of knowing that prior transactions are locked.
