Database Constructs licenses and distributes our products directly to you via the web.  Enter the quantity of the product(s) desired, enter your Billing Information, and press "Place Order".  Confirmation of your order will then be displayed.  An invoice that includes your permanent license number will be sent to your billing address for payment (only checks by mail are accepted).

Med-Center Office (Single User) for Windows or Macintosh
 
This version of Med-Center is designed as a single user system and does not require a 4D Server license.  It runs on Windows (2000/XP/Vista) or Macintosh (OSX) machines and can be easily upgraded to Med-Center Server when needed.
 
 
Med-Center Server (Client/Server "2 users") for Windows or Macintosh
 
This version of Med-Center provides a full client/server system.  The Med-Center Server application runs on a Windows (2000/XP/Vista) or Macintosh (OSX) server or workstation. The Med-Center Client applications run on Windows (2000/XP/Vista) and/or Macintosh (OSX) workstations. This license is for 2 concurrent users. Additional clients may be added as needed.

When licensing Database Constructs' client/server products, you will also need to license and activate 4D Server through the 4d.com web site.  See http://www.4D.com/ for more details about 4D Server.  4D Server may also be activated through Med-Center Server by following the steps provided.  
 
 
 
Med-Center Server (Client/Server "5 users") for Windows or Macintosh
 
This version of Med-Center provides a full client/server system.  The Med-Center Server application runs on a Windows (2000/XP/Vista) or Macintosh (OSX) server or workstation. The Med-Center Client applications run on Windows (2000/XP/Vista) and/or Macintosh (OSX) workstations. This license is for 5 concurrent users. Additional clients may be added as needed.

When licensing Database Constructs' client/server products, you will also need to license and activate 4D Server through the 4d.com web site.  See http://www.4D.com/ for more details about 4D Server.  4D Server may also be activated through Med-Center Server by following the steps provided.

 
 
Med-Center Extensions for Windows or Macintosh Client/Server
 
Additional users may be added to the base (2 or 5 user) Med-Center Server system. Price is per additional concurrent user.  When placing your order, include your current Client/Server license number in the comments section.

 
 
Med-Center Upgrades (SU to CS 2) or (CS 2 to CS 5)
 
Upgrade Med-Center from the single user version to the Client/Server "2 user" system....... and/or..... Upgrade from the Client/Server "2 user" system to the Client Server "5 user" system.

To combine upgrade steps to upgrade the single user version to the Client/Server "5 user" system, enter "2" for the Quantity.  When placing your order, include your current Client/Server license number in the comments section.
